All plumbing services are provided based on the scope outlined in your agreement. Additional work will require a new estimate and approval.

Pricing and Payment

Payments are due upon completion unless otherwise specified. We offer transparent, fair pricing, and provide detailed estimates before starting work.

Liability

Mr Plumber CA is insured and licensed. We are responsible for workmanship quality but are not liable for damages caused by unforeseen circumstances or third-party interference.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are expected to provide access to plumbing areas and disclose relevant information about existing issues to facilitate effective repairs.

Warranty

We guarantee our work will meet industry standards. Any defective workmanship will be corrected at no additional cost within the warranty period.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be communicated 24 hours in advance. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of service.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or mediation, with the aim of reaching a fair and prompt resolution.

Changes to Terms

Mr Plumber CA reserves the right to update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
